Green Cross (ends 28th feb 2015)

The Customer Radar Programme Green Cross Health and Customer Radar do not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties, however may share customer lists generated via Customer Radar campaigns as agreed within the Terms and Conditions of each campaign.

  1. Entry to the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents except employees and immediate families of Green Cross Health Limited and participating store locations of; Radius, Life, Amcal and Unichem Pharmacies, its associated companies and any agencies involved in this promotion.
  3. This Competition commences 12.01am 1 December 2014 and ends 11:59pm 28 Feb 2015. Any entries submitted outside this promotion period will be invalid.
  4. Entry into this promotion is deemed consent that you have opted in to further communication from Green Cross Health and its associated Pharmacy. You will have the ability to opt-out at any time, standard text charges may apply.
  5. Text entries are limited to one entry per mobile phone, per day.
  6. To enter, simply text the unique code from your till receipt, your rating and any other comments to 203 (eg ABCDEFG 4) within the period set out in point 3 above.
  7. Text entries cost 20 cents (including GST) and those charges will be the responsibility of the individual mobile phone owners.
  8. Your text entry grants you one entry into a draw for the prize. The prize is a dinner voucher to the value of $250 (incl GST) as a restaurant of the winner’s choice. You will receive a text response acknowledging your entry.
  9. This may include an invitation to complete an optional online survey, or request for an email address to send the online survey link to. Completing the online survey (optional), will grant you another entry into the draw .
  10. You must keep your till receipt as proof of purchase.
  11. One overall winner will be drawn on 1 March 2015.
  12. The prize winner will be the first valid entry randomly drawn from all eligible entries received by 28th Feb 2015.
  13. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash. The prize winner will be notified within seven days of the draw and contacted via a call to the mobile phone number that made the entry.
  14. The person whose mobile phone is used to submit the entry is deemed the entrant should any dispute arise. You will need to present the till receipt as proof of purchase in order to claim a prize.
  15. While this sales promotion scheme will be administered with all reasonable care and skill, if the Promoter or its designated agents is unable to make contact with any winner within 14 days of a draw, the Promoter reserves the right to declare that entry invalid and draw a new winner of the prize on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.18) The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize components of equivalent or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable.
  16. To the greatest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor any person or party associated with the promotion shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to, consequential loss) as a result of participating in this promotion or using any part of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  17. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. By entering, the prize winner agrees to be available for reasonable publicity purposes without compensation, including but not limited to photographs and interviews. Entrants acknowledge that their details may be published in various media.
