1) The Cetaphil We Do Skin / Your Chance to Win Promotion begins at 12am 3 April 2023 and ends at 11.59pm 2 July 2023 (the Entry Period). Only fully and correctly completed entries received during the Entry Period will be accepted. The promoter will not be liable for late entries or any entries sent but not received.
2) Your entry must be received during the Competition Period. Your entry is deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter’s database. You will receive a return text message confirming your entry. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple aliases you may be disqualified.
3) To enter, purchase any promotional stickered Cetaphil product, from eligible products shown on clause 28, from participating retailers during the Competition Period and text the unique code on the official entry sticker to ‘381’.
4) You must keep your proof of purchase to claim a prize. Photo ID may be required.
5) Entries are limited to one entry per unique promotional code
6) Texts to ‘381’ will incur a standard message cost to the entrant. Costs of these texts will not be included as part of any text plan packages – check with your telecommunications provider. All text costs are at the expense of the entrant.
7) Only 021, 022, 029, 020 and 027 mobile phones can participate.
8) All entries received before midnight, will go into the next days’ daily prize draw and remain in the draws until the end of the promotion. Multiple prizes can be won during the promotional period.
9) There is one prize daily for 90 days. Daily prize draws are completed the next business day at 1200 hours. Winners will receive a text to advise they have won and will include a link where they will be asked to input their full name and physical address to allow for the prize to be sent via courier.

10) The major prize draws will be completed on Friday 7 July 2023 at 1200 hours. The first five (5) valid entries drawn from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be deemed the major prize winners. Each winner will receive a 2023 Trek Marlin 7 29 Yellow/Red ML Bike, TACX T2419 Boost Trainer & Bell Spark 2 MIPS MTB Helmet Matte Black M/L from Evo Cycles. RRP $2000 per x 5 prizes
11) The total prize package (daily and major) is $22792 (incl GST).

12) The person whose mobile phone is used to submit the entry is deemed the entrant should any dispute arise. You may need to present the phone and proof of purchase in order to claim a prize.
13) The promoter may withhold a prize if it considers, in its absolute discretion, that the winning entry is invalid, or the winning participant is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or has failed to act in good faith.
14) Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over.
15) If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the Promoter’s or its agent’s control, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, the promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion. Neither the promoter nor its agents will be responsible for entries lost in transmission or received late due to high traffic levels, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.
16) Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other products. If for any reason a winner does not accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of the prize. If a prize or any element of a prize is unavailable for any reason, the promoter may substitute for that prize or element of that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the promoter.
17) The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize components of equivalent or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable.
18) To the greatest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor any person or party associated with the promotion shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to, consequential loss) as a result of participating in this promotion or using any part of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19) All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20) All entries become the property of the promoter.
21) By entering, the prize winner/s agree to be available for reasonable publicity purposes without compensation, including but not limited to photographs and interviews. Entrants acknowledge that their details may be published in various media.

24) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter is not liable for any injury, accident, loss or damage suffered as a result of the promotion or use of a prize, howsoever caused.
25) If any of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
26) These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law. Disputes arising out of or in connection with either the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
27) By submitting an entry (whether valid or not) participants (and any companion or guardian if applicable) are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
