Terms and Conditions
1. By accepting the offer of a voucher for an ICC Cricket World Cup ticket you accept these conditions.
2. Purchase, from any participating Repco store 4L of Castrol Magnatec Stop-Start; and provide a proof of purchase (receipt) to Castrol NZ on redemption of the voucher to be awarded an ICC Cricket World Cup ticket.
3. The promotional tickets available at; Repco Grey Lynn, Lunn Ave, Manurewa & Mt Roskill are for either Australia v New Zealand or South Africa v Pakistan. Repco Hornby, Kaiapoi, Northwood & Sydenham are for either New Zealand v Sri Lanka, Pakistan v West Indies or England v Scotland. Repco Dunedin, Mosigiel and Oamaru are for either New Zealand v Scotland, Sri Lanka v Afghanistan or Afghanistan v Scotland. Repco Cambridge, Hamilton, Morrinsville & Te Rapa are for either South Africa v Zimbabwe or New Zealand v Bangladesh. Repco Hastings & Napier are for either Pakistan v UAE, New Zealand v Afghanistan or West Indies v UAE. Repco Blenheim, Motueka, Nelson & Richmond are for either Ireland v West Indies, Zimbabwe v UAE or Bangladesh v Scotland. Repco Johnsonville, Kilbirnie, Lower Hutt, Petone & Wellington are for either New Zealand v England, England v Sri Lanka or South Africa v UAE. The allocation of tickets to a particular match is entirely within the Promoter’s discretion.
4. Contact Castrol at the details given on the voucher to redeem the voucher for one valid ICC Cricket World Cup General Admission ticket.
5. The prize is for one General Admission ticket only & does not include any other travel costs, spending money or meals. You are responsible for all costs incurred in connection with attending the match to which the ticket relates. The Promoter is not liable if for any reason you are unable to attend the match to which the ticket relates.
6. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
7. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. You must at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the promotion, free of charge, and you consent to the Promoter using your name and image in promotional material.
9. Tickets are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other products. ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 General Admission tickets can only be used on the date(s) specified and must not be on-sold or otherwise transferred.
10. If the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 GA match is abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason, no cash or alternative tickets will be substituted.
11. You agree to comply with the ticket conditions which accompany all tickets received in conjunction with the promotion. ICC Cricket World Cup tickets are subject to ICC ticket conditions available at http://tickets.cricketworldcup.com/tickets/terms-conditions.aspx. ICC reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the International Cricket program without notice. Neither the Promoter nor ICC accepts responsibility for any delay, postponement or cancellation of the ICC Cricket World Cup beyond the control of the Promoter or the ICC.
12. You may be required to leave the match if you act in a disruptive manner or act with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person and no compensation will be given. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel your ticket if you in the opinion of the Promoter, are under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behave aggressively or offensively, or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate or the agencies or companies associated with this promotion, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate in connection with your attendance at the match specified in your ticket and no compensation will be payable.
13. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage or delay in transit to your ticket.
14. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
15. The Promoter collects personal information about participants in order to conduct the promotion. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate. The Promoter may also use entrants’ personal information to help improve its goods and services. The Promoter may share entrants’ personal information with the Promoter’s franchised dealers, related companies, agents, contractors or promotional partners. The Promoter and its New Zealand related companies and promotional partners may contact you with special offers and marketing via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (including email and SMS). By entering and providing personal information, you consent to the use of your personal information in this manner. Your personal information may be disclosed to overseas locations such as Australia, the USA, the UK, Malaysia, the Philippines and India. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.bp.co.nz) states:
a. how you can seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them and seek the correction of such information; and
b. how you can complain about a breach of privacy and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.
16. If any of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law. Disputes arising out of or in connection with either the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
