3.     This Competition commences at 9am on 4th of June 2014 and ends at midnight on 31st December 2015.

4.     Entries are limited to one entry per unique code per customer.

5.     To enter simply visit enter the unique code printed on the form at the front & your rating number with 1,2,3,4,5 and any additional comments you may have.

6.     Your entry goes in the draw to win a $500 Amazon VIP Shopping Experience. The winner will be drawn on the 1st of each month.

7.     Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.

8.     The winner will be notified within 2 days of the draw & contacted via email and a call to the mobile phone number that is listed on the entry form on the website Should contact not be able to be made on this mobile phone number within 5 working days, the winner forfeits the prize and the prize will be re-drawn.
