1. Promoter and Partner Definitions
- Promoter: 100% Home, 12 Walls Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061.
- Prize Supplier: 100% Home / Home Group Service, 12 Walls Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061, responsible for providing and fulfilling the prize.
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees and immediate families of Customer Radar and 100% Home are not eligible.
- Only one entry per individual is permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or void additional entries if a person submits more than one entry.
- The winner must provide proof of age (18+) and New Zealand residency if requested, before the prize is awarded. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
3. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must provide feedback using a 100% Home store feedback code on https://www.feedback.fyi
- Entries must be received by 11:59PM NZST on 15th March 2026.
- Incomplete, duplicate, or invalid entries will not be accepted.
4. Prize
- One (1) Ziggy Elite Triple Grill BBQ by Ziegler & Brown, plus mobile cart (ZG3GE). Colour Gunmetal Grey.
- Details of the prize include; Active Precision Power 304 Stainless Steel burner – LPG / Natural Gas convertible, 3x vitreous enamelled cast iron grills, Easy to Clean Quick Release Burner (1 piece), 3x flame thrower ignition valves, hood thermometer, cast aluminium roasting hood, cast aluminium firebox, thermoset resin control panel, primary cooking size – 750 x 380 mm (super elliptic), H 505 x W 880 x D 510 mm (hood closed, no cart, no shelves).
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- If the exact prize is unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
- The winner can elect to pick up the prize from their nearest 100% Home or have it delivered. Any delivery or insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- The prize is supplied by 100% Home / Home Group Services and includes standard manufacturer warranties under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 16th March 2026 (NZST).
- The winner will be notified by phone or email (using the contact details provided at entry) within 2 business days of the draw.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn under the same conditions.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
6. Publicity and Winner Consent
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their first name and town/city may be published on the 100% Home NZ OR their local 100% Home Facebook page, with their prior written consent.
- The winner will not be required to participate in any other publicity unless they explicitly agree.
7. Privacy and Data Use
- Personal information is collected by Customer Radar Limited solely to administer the giveaway and provide updated contact details to 100% Home.
- Customer Radar does not retain or use personal data for marketing or any other purposes.
- Only entrants who tick the marketing checkbox will receive promotional communications from 100% Home:
“Yes, I agree to receive marketing messages from 100% Home. I understand I can unsubscribe at any time.”
- Entrants can access or request correction of their data by contacting:

8. Liability and Consumer Rights
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Partner accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the promotion or prize.
- The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical or internet issues.
- Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
9. Modification or Cancellation
- If, for any reason outside the Promoter’s control (including but not limited to technical failure, fraud, or natural disaster), the promotion cannot run as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
- Any changes will not materially disadvantage participants.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize if necessary and ensure fairness to all entrants.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
- All entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
