1. Promoter and Partner Definitions

  • Promoter: 100% Home, 12 Walls Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061.
  • Prize Supplier: 100% Home / Home Group Service, 12 Walls Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061, responsible for providing and fulfilling the prize.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees and immediate families of Customer Radar and 100% Home are not eligible.
  • Only one entry per individual is permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or void additional entries if a person submits more than one entry.
  • The winner must provide proof of age (18+) and New Zealand residency if requested, before the prize is awarded. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must provide feedback using a 100% Home store feedback code on https://www.feedback.fyi
  • Entries must be received by 11:59PM NZST on 15th November 2026.
  • Incomplete, duplicate, or invalid entries will not be accepted.

4. Prize

  • One 100% Home Gift Card with $250 value.
  • Gift Card terms and conditions apply including;
    • 100% Appliance Physical Gift Card can only be redeemed at 100%.
    • 100% Appliance Physical Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, exchanged or used to purchase other products.
    • 100% Appliance Physical Gift Card Unused balances are not refundable or transferable.
    • 100% Appliance is not responsible for lost or stolen Physical Gift Cards.
    • Risk of loss or theft and title for Physical Gift Card passes to the purchaser on transfer.
    • 100% Appliance Physical Gift Cars and purchases made with it are subject to the terms of trade as set by 100%, which may change from time to time.
    • 100% Appliance Physical Gift Cards value expires 12 months after purchase or last recharge. The maximum charge/recharge value is $1000.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Monday 16th November 2026 (NZST).
  • The winner will be notified by phone or email (using the contact details provided at entry) within 5 business days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 days of the draw, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn under the same conditions.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

6. Publicity and Winner Consent

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their first name and town/city may be published on the 100% Home NZ OR their local 100% Home Facebook page, with their prior written consent.
  • The winner will not be required to participate in any other publicity unless they explicitly agree.

7. Privacy and Data Use

  • Personal information is collected by Customer Radar Limited solely to administer the giveaway and provide updated contact details to 100% Home.
  • Customer Radar does not retain or use personal data for marketing or any other purposes.
  • Only entrants who tick the marketing checkbox will receive promotional communications from 100% Home:

“Yes, I agree to receive marketing messages from 100% Home. I understand I can unsubscribe at any time.”

8. Liability and Consumer Rights

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Partner accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the promotion or prize.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical or internet issues.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

9. Modification or Cancellation

  • If, for any reason outside the Promoter’s control (including but not limited to technical failure, fraud, or natural disaster), the promotion cannot run as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
  • Any changes will not materially disadvantage participants.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize if necessary and ensure fairness to all entrants.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
  • All entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
